COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tb Wood Ft. S Inc LST90250B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Texas-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the VX5A66D234M2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2080B310L manufactured by Thk and we are pleased to be able to service most Thk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5005062 by Manufacturer Texas-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand ATS48C59YU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Temposonics such as GHSD260MD601L0 equipment made by Temposonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Temposonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Temposonics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XXS18B1PM12 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular T16L0947 original spares produced by Tecniplast Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 691A101 by Texas-Microsystems and GHSD260MD601L0 spares by Temposonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P3414M40SK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
